Financial: The camp fee of $325 includes meals, lodging and camp activities.* A non-refundable application deposit of $50 is due at the time of application. The balance of $275 is due by May 19, 2011. A $25 late fee will apply to any application postmarked after May 19, 2011. A $25 discount is offered for each additional sibling. *Some classes have an additional fee.
Transportation: Airport pick-up/drop-off is available from/to Washington Dulles, Reagan National, and Charlottesville Airport. This service is provided for campers arriving by 2:30 PM on the Sunday prior to camp, and flying out after 1:00 PM on the Sunday after camp. A fee of $25 each direction per camper is charged for this service. If this service is needed, details must be worked out ahead of time with the camp office.
Flight Information: The cheapest airline tickets can usually be purchased during late winter or early spring. Airline sales often being on Wednesdays, so try to book your tickets later in the week. Check out the following websites for good deals:

Telephone Calls: Campers may use phones in case of emergencies. Parents wishing to contact their children should write, e-mail, or fax.
